We at NADT, Regional Campus Chandigarh are dedicated to comprehensive, contemporaneous, responsive training and development of our department officers and officials. Towards this end, we are unveiling our website developed in-house which would be repository of all training material whether conducted at RC or our MSTUs. At NADT, Regional Campus Chandigarh, we recognize that the responsibilities of officers extend far beyond the fulfilment of official duties. To achieve this, we have structured our training programs to encompass a wide range of disciplines including leadership, communication, ethics, and crisis management.In the coming months and years, we will be focused on several key initiatives to enhance your training experience:
Modernization of Curriculum: We will continuously update and modernize our curriculum to reflect the latest advancements in technology, governance, and leadership practices including ethical leadership. This will ensure that you are well-prepared to address contemporary challenges. We look forward to your participation in All India Course on Cryptocurrency scheduled for November 2023. We also plan to hold sessions on emerging areas of economy and related aspects. Online learning module on Information Security is available on our website as a self- paced learning programme.
Issuance of digital certificates: As responsible dwellers of this planet, we would be issuing only digital certificates to uphold our commitment to Green Earth.
Diversity and Inclusion: We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that respects and values the unique perspectives and backgrounds of all. We regularly hold gender sensitization sessions towards this end.
Collaboration and Networking: Building a strong professional network is vital. We will facilitate opportunities for you to connect with colleagues, mentors, and experts from various sectors. An All-India Course on GST is planned for February 2024.
